how do i preorder?
message us on Instagram and we will get back to you! pre-order is 2-3 days in advance! for large orders, please contact us 1 week before.
what are the self collection days?

do you do deliveries?
currently, we are not providing delivery services. however, you may arrange your own delivery courier, otherwise self collect at our cafe!
do you accept groupbuys/corporate orders?
yes, we do! please send us a message on instagram/facebook, otherwise you may also email us at hello@booncafe.sg and we will get back to you asap.
do you provide ice packs or dry ice?
we are unable to offer them at the moment.
where can I see your full menu?
on the “menu” tab above, you may see our full menu.
are you halal-certified?
no, we are not halal certified.
can we make a reservation?
we only accept walk-ins, no reservations are allowed.
how do we get to your shop?
we are located at the back of ITECC. please proceed to blk F, level 2. we are located beside the swimming pool, overlooking the large field. please search “boon café” on Google Maps for an accurate point on the map.
is there car park?
yes, there is! (open space car park) turn left from the security guard house, drive all the way in and park your car at the back of ITECC. (sheltered car park) turn left from the security guard house, then turn right when you see a sheltered car park. go all the way to the back of ITE and use the lift (blk e) up to level 2. once you exit level 2, turn left and walk towards blk f.
what are your opening hours?
monday - friday: 8am-5pm (last order 4.30pm) saturday: 8am-2pm (last order 1.30pm)
what are the payment modes in the website?
we accept credit card payment methods.
what are the payment modes in the shop?
we accept cash and paynow/paylah using scan & pay (qr code).
fudge brownie care instructions
smoked sea salt: best consumed within 3-4 days in room temperature and 4-5 days in refrigerator, store in air-tight container
burnt cream cheese: best consumed within 2 days, store in air-tight container in the refrigerator we recommend to microwave the fudge brownies for 20-30 seconds!
cheese cheesecake / honey castella pudding / classic tiramisu / strawberry jelly cheesecake care instructions
best consumed within 2 days, store in the refrigerator. served cold.
do you provide candles?
once you select your item (e.g. classic tiramisu), you may add-on a candle for a fee in the same page.
bomboloni donut care instructions
best consumed on the day itself or if not consuming immediately, please store in the refrigerator (consume within 2 days) airfry for 2 minutes at 180°C or oven till warm or served cold
artisan sourdough bread care instructions
airfry / oven / pan-fry store in paper bag or wrap to allow airflow and avoid drying out quickly keeps up to 3 days in normal room temperature, otherwise freeze up to 1 month - cling wrapped tightly if you finish it quick, you may store in refrigerator - cling wrapped tightly best consumed when warm
cream cheese garlic bread care instructions
best consumed within 2 days, store in room temperature airfry for 2 minutes at 180°C (recommended!), otherwise oven for 2-4 minutes till warm. we do not recommend storing in the fridge as it will go stale and dry!
